RETURNS & REFUNDS
Prior notification of return of goods must be arranged with The Winch Warehouse.
For refunds to be processed, products must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition, accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase with freighting at the expense of the customer.
A processing charge of 10% will be applied to all approved refunds and return freight will be charged.
A refund will be made only after returned goods are received.
All returns must be acknowledged by The Winch Warehouse and the reasons for the return must be specified. Please contact us and request a Return of Goods form prior to arranging a return.
If incorrect goods are supplied, The Winch Warehouse will arrange the replacement in the shortest time possible.
If a faulty product is supplied and the goods are still under manufacturers warranty, the customer will be required to ship the goods to the return address advised, freight at the customers expense. On inspection replacement goods will be supplied and delivered free of freight charges, should the warranty claim be approved .
